All are welcome, regardless of membership status, to attend monthly meetings to share updates and ideas. Paid membership supports initiatives that promote Hillsdale as a top-tier shopping destination and comes with access to additional member benefits.

HBPA Meetings

Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 9:30am via Zoom.

  • Instagram and Facebook: Center-stage social media treatment for Hillsdale businesses.

  • Streetside garbage service: On-street receptacles throughout the Hillsdale Town Center help keep our business district clean and attractive.

  • Customer Appreciation Pancake Breakfast: This annual event has been bringing merchants and residents together every summer since 1976.

  • Golden Ticket: Holiday shopping customer reward program in partnership with the Multnomah Village Business Association.

  • Seasonal hanging flower baskets and other beautification projects tell the world that Hillsdale is open for business.
